500 Calorie Diet
It's not that 500 calories is so hard..it's that the choices are so limited. This would be such an amazing diet if we just gave ourselves shots and ate whatever we wanted, just had to keep it at 500 calories or less.
I did 2 days of heavy eating, even though I hadn't been off of the diet for long. I just didn't want to suffer from hunger as well as mind-numbing boredom, so I force fed myself, and gained 4 more pounds. :( I'm going to have to do the 160's almost completely over again. /Sigh. Oh well...here we go again!

500 calories is not alot at all thats why they suggest the correct foods, most people eat 500+ calories per meal without even thinking about it, to sustain yourself on 500 calories a day would be hard and adding up any regular foods you wouldnt be able to do it. Dont stress that your not losing as fast, you have unlimited time.
Thanks for your encouragement, Albert. I'm doing great now...just always remembering that the moment in the mouth is NOT worth giving up the wonderful feeling of weight loss that lasts all day!
